After getting stuck in another country due to my flight being canceled, I was scrambling to find someone to watch my puppy as my sitter had to work. Circle B made the process very easy and was accommodating even though one of my puppy's vaccines was due for a booster that same day. I had my sitter drop of my puppy during their lunch break and Circle B handled the rest. It was nice to know I didnt have to worry about my puppy being home alone in a crate for hours till I got back.

They sent me 10 high quality photos of her stay with them (I included a few!), not sure if that's always included or just because she was a first timer, but I really appreciated it. I also received a detailed message of the results of her temperament test and it showed that they are attentive and pay attention to each dog and their needs.

Overall, I'm very happy with this location and will using them for my future boarding needs!

Had to go out of town and house the doggo. Luckily the veterinarians nearby are affiliated with this company so it was easy to confirm all shots and everything was up to date to get him in easily. He came back a happy puppy so will use them again.

We had such a great experience boarding our dog! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our pup in their care. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with daily updates and pictures that gave us peace of mind while we were away. It’s not easy trusting someone with your dog, but they truly treated ours like family. We highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again!

They take such great care of my slightly neurotic, anxious, reactive dog- even providing story time/attention. The spaces are roomy and clean. the report cards they provide to show how things are going is a comfort while traveling.

Kathryn did a wonderful grooming job with our dog, Tiger, who can be temperamental at times. We’ll be back. 😊
